Rates and Policies for The Cottage on Lake Galena

Rates:

The cottage can be rented as a 1 or 2-bedroom occupancy. Enjoy superb architecture on a one-of-a-kind location. All bedrooms have their own bath, plus common area ½ bath. Also included are multiple fireplaces, smart TV, sound systems with Bluetooth stereo & a full kitchen. There is also an outdoor hot tub for you to enjoy.

Occupancy

1 Bedroom (Upper Suite) / 1.5 Bath / 2 Person Max - $300/night*

2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath / 4 Person Max - $390/night*

  • November 1 - March 31 off-season weeknight rates 15% discount (Standard rates apply for all Holidays.)
  • *11% tax and a one-time cleaning and hot tub maintenance fee of $200 not included in rates, applies.
  • Additional fee of $30/hour will be charged for early check-in or late check-out.
  • 2-night minimum generally applies.
  • Holidays subject to a 3 night minimum stay.
  • 50% deposit required at time of reservation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable on Direct Booking cancellations within 30 days of booked date. 
  • One bedroom occupancy includes upper suite, unless main level bedroom/bath Is specifically requested.

Policies:

  • The Cottage at Lake Galena is non-smoking, no young children, and no pets allowed!
  • No more than two (2) persons per bedroom allowed.
  • All occupancy (Day and Night) limited to persons residing at property with a maximum of two persons (1 bedroom occupancy) or four persons (2 bedroom occupancy), unless pre-approved. 
  • Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
  • Fireplaces are inoperable in warm season months.
