Rates:

When comparing our rates please note:

• Each of our premier properties include:
  • Superb architecture on one-of-a-kind waterfront locations!!!
  • Multiple Fireplaces, Sound Systems with XM Satellite Stereo & Full Kitchens.
  • Internet Access (Wireless High Speed).
  • Access to resort amenities
• You have full exclusive use of the property. Bedrooms not rented by you remain vacant and locked.
• All bedrooms have their own bath, plus common area ½ bath.
• Outdoor Hot Tub in Cottage
• November 1 - March 31 off-season rates 15% discount (Standard rates apply for all Holidays.)
• Cleaning fee of $200 not included in rates.
• Additional fee of $30/hour will be charged for early check-in or late check-out.
• Weekly rates available at a reduced nightly rate. Please call 608-778-7742 or email us.
• No more than 2 persons per bedroom allowed!!!
• 2nd Floor Suite at Cottage includes king bed, Jacuzzi, glass shower, separate VCR/Music, fireplace.
• All rates subject to Galena's 11% lodging tax.
• Holidays subject to a 3 night minimum stay, with all bedrooms rented.
• We do not charge extra resort or hot tub fees on our properties

* Includes second floor suite with king bed and unmatched lake view.
** Add $125 per night for Conference Room at The Galena Lake House.

Off-Season Weeknight Rates November 1 - March 31; 15% Discount

Rates do not include $200 cleaning fee.

Policies:

• All properties are non-smoking and no pets!!!
• No more than two (2) persons per bedroom allowed.
• Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
• Additional fee of $30/hour will be charged for early check-in or late check-out.
• Fireplaces are inoperable in warm season months.
• 2 night minimum generally applies. 3 night minimum on holidays.
• Minimum $300 advance deposit required at reservation with balance due upon arrival for The Cottage on Lake Galena.
• Minimum $500 advance deposit required at reservation with balance due upon arrival for The Galena Lake House.
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Maximum of 14 people at The Galena Lake House (Guideline - additional children okay.)
• Maximum of 4 adults at The Cottage on Lake Galena
• No children allowed at The Cottage on Lake Galena.
• Reservations / Payment: If you decide to make a reservation, please complete our reservation request form or send an email with the dates (nights) you desire, the number of bedrooms needed, your home address and phone number(s). We will then e-mail your confirmation with all details and procedures regarding deposit procedures. After you review and approve your confirmation, you can proceed with a deposit payment as noted in the confirmation. Deposit payment by personal check is expected to be received by mail within 12 days of emailed reservation confirmation. The remaining balance will be due upon your arrival.
