Rates and Policies for The Cottage at Streamwalk

Rates:

The cottage can be rented as a 1 or 2-bedroom occupancy. Both bedrooms include a TV, full separate bathrooms and a king bed. A half bath serves the common area. The Stone Cottage can accommodate up to four adults. The two-person hot tub is located on the master bedroom patio.

Occupancy

1 Bedroom / 1.5 Bath / 2 Person Max - $285/night*

2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath / 4 Person Max - $375/night*

  • November 1 - March 31. Non-Holiday Weeknight rates are negotiable on Direct Bookings.
  • *5.5% tax and one-time cleaning and hot tub maintenance fee of $175 not included in rates, applies.
  • Additional fee of $30/hour will be charged for early check-in or late check-out.
  • 2-night minimum generally applies.
  • Holidays subject to a 3 night minimum stay.
  • 50% deposit required at time of reservation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable on Direct Booking cancellations within 30 days of booked date. 
  • One bedroom occupancy includes main level master suite.

Policies:

  • The Cottage at Streamwalk is non-smoking, no young children, and no pets allowed!
  • No more than two (2) persons per bedroom allowed.
  • All occupancy (Day and Night) limited to persons residing at property, with a maximum of two persons (1 bedroom occupancy) or four persons (2 bedroom occupancy) unless pre-approved. 
  • Check-in time 4:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
  • Fireplaces are inoperable in warm season months.
